A lifelong resident of Waukesha County, Pat brought his 35 years of mortgage lending experience to Citizens Bank in 2025. He has extensive knowledge in all facets of home lending – from purchases and new construction to refinances and home equity – as he has helped over 3,000 families secure financing for first homes, second homes, investment properties, and more. Pat is committed to providing exceptional, personalized customer service to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. He is a graduate of Catholic Memorial High School and UW-Oshkosh.

Tom, a CPA, has been in the mortgage industry for about eight years. Before becoming a loan officer, he was most recently a finance director for a large marketing firm. He decided to use his finance skills to help others make one of the most important financial decisions of their lives - purchasing a home. Tom is married with three children and enjoys watching his kids' sporting activities, golfing, and running.

With over 30 years in mortgage banking, Dave possesses a robust track record in construction lending, financial analysis, and customer relations across the mortgage experience. He enjoys managing a complex mortgage transaction from start to finish. A graduate of Marquette University and a Brookfield resident, Dave is using his highly developed skill set to help families find their dream homes in our communities.
Chris Probst
Chris has over 30 years of mortgage lending experience and prides himself on providing exceptional service. His specialties include purchase and refinance transactions as well as construction lending. Chris has aided hundreds of first-time buyers through the homebuying process. A resident of Wind Lake, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, and also golfing, fishing, and vacationing in the North Woods.

With over a decade of experience in banking and a Marketing degree from UW-Whitewater, Timmy brings a well-rounded understanding of the financial industry. Known for a hands-on approach and strong communication, he especially enjoys guiding first-time homebuyers through the loan process. His broad background across multiple areas of banking equips him to provide clear, informed support every step of the way.
