On his way home, Darby slips through a portal to the land of the little people and meets Brian, the leprechaun king, and winds up accidentally bringing the little monarch home with him. After visiting the mandir, we’ll travel to historic downtown Elgin, Illinois for lunch at Elgin Public House. Our last stop of the day will be to Lake Geneva Country Meats.

Volo Auto Museum Trip

Wednesday, May 20
Volo, Illinois

Volo Auto Museum is more than a classic car museum. It’s a destination filled with all things automotive and mechanical. There are thousands of Mechanical Marvels from the first motorcycle to a self-playing orchestra all displayed in over 30 unique exhibits filled with artifacts and housed in several buildings on the property. We’ll spend the first part of our day at Volo exploring the new Titanic Experience. This one-of-a-kind exhibit pays tribute to the era and the people from the most wealthy to the lowest classes onboard by sharing stories of the Titanic’s triumphs and failures through carefully curated artifacts and exhibits.

For lunch, we’ll meet up in the private eating area for a BBQ lunch of pulled chicken sandwiches, mac & cheese, green beans, and coleslaw. After lunch, there will be plenty of time to explore the numerous exhibits throughout the auto museum buildings. If you finish with the museum, you can browse the gift shop, rest in the snack area, or head across the parking lot to their antique mall.

Bus pick-up and drop-off in Mukwonago. Cost per person is $105. Guests are welcome. Full payment guarantees reservation. Reservations due April 29.

Tristan Crist Magic Show

Thursday, June 18
Lake Geneva

From his very first magic kit to a decade long career at Circus World Museum to Las Vegas worthy performances in his Lake Geneva theatre, Tristan Crist brings those experience and his love of magic alive for his audiences. Tristan Crist’s fascination with magic began when his grandfather showed him a card trick. Except for sawing his 10-year-old sister in half, Crist’s family encouraged his interest in magic. He also performed in community theater and earned a fine arts degree in theater technology, lighting, and technical design from UW-Stevens Point. Crist appreciates that he’s able to use all of those skills to create his own unique mega magic performances.

Prior to the show, we’ll enjoy lunch at Lake City Social Restaurant. Before leaving Lake Geneva for the day, we’ll make a final stop at the Lake Geneva Pie Company.

Bus pick-up and drop-off in Mukwonago. Cost per person is $110. Guests are welcome. Full payment guarantees reservation. Reservations due May 26.
