Living with Death: A Community Conversation

Don't let the title of this event scare you or make you uneasy. this is an open house type event that anyone can attend and learn about different aspects of death besides traditional funeral and estate planning.
 
Resource Fair will begin and 9:00AM and go until 11:00AM. You'll be able to meet and chat with people representing a variety of businesses and services. Speaker schedule will begin at 11:30AM and feature our keynote speaker, Dr. Janet McCord, Professor of Thanatology.
 
The more you fear death, the less you live life - come and talk about it with us!

To begin our community conversation about death, Dr. McCord will offer thoughts on what it means to talk about dying, death, and grief with practical tips and suggestions that she has learned along the way.  Then, she will ask you to join the conversation – share your questions, thoughts, and ideas!
